Welcome to the official website of Bronze Beauty Salon at bronzesalon.beauty. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all online and telephone bookings for services provided at our Dubai-based women-only salon.

1. Eligibility and Client Acknowledgment

Our services are exclusively offered to women. By using our services, you confirm that you are a female client and at least 18 years old, or have obtained guardian consent if underage.

2. Booking Appointments

• Appointments can be scheduled online by selecting a service, choosing a date and time, and submitting your full name, phone number, and email address.
• You may also book appointments by calling us directly at +971-504656973.
• All appointments are considered pending until confirmed by our staff via call, SMS, or email.

3. No Online Payments

We currently do not offer or request online payments. All payments for services are made in person at the salon after the service is rendered.

4. Appointment Policies

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.
• If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service time.
• If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or WhatsApp.

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, public holidays, emergencies, or any unexpected circumstances.

6. Respectful Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. Any form of harassment, aggression, or misconduct may result in service refusal.

7. Modifications

Bronze Beauty Salon may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
